Perched on the steep natural contours at the foothills of the scenic Ralamandal Hills, this 37,000 sq. ft. modern farmhouse designed by XDASHO Architects offers a rare blend of architectural elegance and raw landscape immersion. The design is a direct response to the site's dramatic topography and surrounding wildlife-rich environment.

Carved into the terrain, the layout steps down organically, ensuring every space benefits from the breathtaking valley views and untouched wildlife corridors beyond. A bold Y-shaped gazebo forms the focal point of the outdoor experience  offering shaded lounging and panoramic sightlines. A cliff-edge infinity pool reflects the sky and drops off into the horizon, while a raised DJ deck, garden dining pavilion, and fluid living zones are all tactfully positioned to work with the terrain, not against it.

Internally, the farmhouse houses three serene bedrooms, an open indoor-outdoor living lounge, and carefully framed views that invite nature inside. Designed with restraint, honesty in material, and contextual sensitivity, the retreat becomes a part of the landscape — a quiet luxury dwelling shaped by the wild, steeped in stillness.
